What We Need From You

Fresh-picked within 24 hours

Mushrooms need to have been picked within the last 24 hours — most of what we buy has to move within about 5 days of harvest, so anything older than that we can't take.

Good condition

No slime, rot, heavy insect damage, or crushed/broken caps. Handle gently and keep them cool and dry between picking and bringing them in.
